What to email about
- Factual corrections. A number, formula, statistic, or citation on any page looks wrong — please point to the specific page and sentence.
- Broken links or citations. An external reference no longer resolves, or its content has changed materially.
- Technical problems. A calculator returns an unexpected result, an input does not accept a valid value, or a page will not render. Include your browser and device.
- Accessibility issues. Something on the site is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard, or at your zoom level.
- Editorial questions. How a source was interpreted or why a claim is (or is not) on a page.

Response time
Replies typically arrive within a few business days. Complex questions may take longer. Correction reports are prioritised.
